- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended up to 5 business days.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days from dispatch.

For very large order, this may change as we may need to get in touch with you to arrange delivery.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £30.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the UK.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to keep you updated on your package's progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged:
